We aim to make the website practical to use across desktop, mobile and assistive technologies. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and third-party services or content can introduce limitations that need separate review.
Keyboard navigation
Primary navigation, forms and interactive controls are designed to be usable by keyboard where practical. Visible focus indicators are retained so keyboard users can identify the active control.
Text, zoom and reflow
The theme uses responsive layouts intended to reflow on smaller screens and at increased browser zoom. If a section does not remain usable when enlarged, please report the page and device/browser details.
Forms and labels
Form controls should include programmatic labels, clear required-field indicators and understandable error messages. Human-verification controls are intended to remain simple and keyboard accessible.
Images and icons
Functional images and icons should have accessible text where needed, while decorative graphics should not create unnecessary screen-reader output. Product-image alternative text depends on the content maintained in WooCommerce.
Third-party services
Payment gateways, embedded content, external widgets and plugins can have accessibility behaviour outside the direct control of the theme. We review problems reported by customers and can consider an alternative support path where practical.
Report an accessibility barrier
Use the Contact page and describe the page, device/browser, assistive technology if relevant and the task you were trying to complete. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
Accessibility obligations can arise under Australian law, including the Disability Discrimination Act 1992. This page describes the website’s accessibility approach and is not a certification of conformance with a particular technical standard.
