Shipping & Delivery

Australian-focused shipping and delivery information covering dispatch, tracking, address accuracy, delivery estimates, damaged parcels and international orders.

Home Shipping & Delivery Published Updated

This policy explains how shipping and delivery are handled for orders placed through The Australia Pharmacy. Delivery options, charges and estimated timeframes shown at checkout depend on the destination, products in the order and carrier availability.

Dispatch and delivery estimates

Any dispatch or delivery timeframe shown on the website is an estimate unless we expressly state otherwise. Weekends, public holidays, regional or remote destinations, carrier network disruptions, severe weather, customs processing and high-volume periods can affect delivery times.

Delivery address

Please check the recipient name, street address, suburb, state or territory, postcode and contact details before submitting the order. Contact support promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee an address change once an order has entered packing or has been handed to a carrier.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, the tracking reference may appear in My Account or in a dispatch message. A delayed scan does not necessarily mean a parcel is lost. If the estimated delivery window has passed, contact support so the available carrier information can be reviewed.

Authority to leave and unattended delivery

If a carrier offers authority-to-leave or safe-drop options, those services are subject to the carrier’s terms and the suitability of the delivery location. Some products or destinations may require a signature or other delivery check.

Damaged, missing or incorrect parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, appears tampered with, is missing items or contains the wrong item, contact support as soon as practical. Keep the parcel, label and product packaging until the issue has been assessed. Photos may be requested where they help establish what happened.

Australian consumer rights

Nothing in this shipping policy excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If goods are faulty, damaged or do not match what was ordered, the remedy available will depend on the circumstances and applicable consumer guarantees.

International delivery

For orders sent outside Australia, destination-country import rules, border inspections, taxes, duties and carrier restrictions can apply. The customer is responsible for checking whether a product can lawfully be imported, possessed or used at the destination unless the law provides otherwise. See our Customs & Import Information page for more detail.

Medicine-related orders

A product being visible online does not mean it can legally be supplied to, imported into or possessed in every location. Prescription, quantity, ingredient, storage and import controls may apply.
